Additional Information:  She was a very active member of the DAR, serving as regent of the General William Maxwell Chapter as well as having served as a State Chaplain. As a child, she was a member of the Children of the Revolution. She also belonged to many other historical based organizations. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Melchior Chapter where she served a term as Worthy Matron and was also a Grand Representative of N.C.

Visitation: Thursday, May 28, 2009, 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St., Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Eastern Star Services will be held at 8:00 PM

Services: 8:30 PM following the Eastern Star Service- Cochran Funeral Home

In Lieu of Flowers: Memorial donations to the following of your choice: General William Maxwell Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolutiion; Melchior Chapter Order of the Eastern Star or Warren Haven Nursing Home, 350 Oxford Road, Oxford, NJ 07863.
