Occupation: Edward received a B.S. in education from NYU in 1943 and an M.S in Public Administration from C.U.N.Y. He started his career with the NYPD (Staten Island)from 1946-1967 retiring as Lt. Detective; he was then employed at the Ocean County Community College where he was an Assistant Professor. He established the first Criminal Justice curriculum in the state of NJ (1967-1973); Edward became Chairman and Professor of County College of Morris in the Criminal Justice Dept, retiring in 1991.

Veteran Info: served in the US Navy, 1943-1946 during WW II

Additional Information:  Founder and Charter Member of A.A.P.L.E, American Association for Public Law Enforcement; Life member of I.A.C.P. International Association of Chief of Police; Longtime member and co-founder for Panther Valley Ecumenical Ministry, Allamuchy Township, NJ and long time member of Budd Lake Chapel.
