Services: Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 12:00 noon with a reception to follow at the Church's Trinity House building located at the Moore St. entrance of the church's property from 1-3pm- at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Main Street, Hackettstown, NJ. A Masonic Service will start at 12:00 noon with a Firemans Service to follow at 12:15 PM.
In Lieu of Flowers: the family has asked that jonations be made in Jay's memory to the Hackettstown Fire Department, 215 Stiger Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840
Interment: Jay is to be interred at the Union Cemetery, Hackettstown, NJ
