Olive Twp.; he loved to travel extensively around the world; Roger was a member of the following organizations-International Police Chiefs Assoc., NJ State Police Chiefs Assoc., Morris County Police Chiefs Assoc., Charter member of F.O.P Lodge # 18 and was also Treasurer; Charter member and Treasurer of Mt. Olive Rotary; Musconetcong Lodge # 151, Scottish Rite 32 Degree Mason, Shriners Club of Livingston, NJ, founder of the Budd Lake Fire Department & First Aid Squad, President and past member of the Budd Lake First Aid Squad, and was in "Who's Who" in the Law Enforcement 1974 edition.
