Forrest  Kinzli, 59 , died  February 5, 2011 in  his home following a three year journey with brain cancer..  Forrest lived in  Bangor, PA and was born in Columbus, NE on September 10, 1951.

Occupation: For the past 15 years he has worked at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center in Hackettstown, NJ as Administrative Director of mission development. He chaired the Health Care Ethics Committee and was the Organizational Integrity and Chief Privacy Officer. Prior to his illness, he served on the Board of Warren County Habitat for Humanity and enjoyed clearing hiking trails with the Sierra Club and AMC.

Additional Information:  He received a master's of divinity degree from Andrews University Theological Seminary in Michigan, a master's degree in counseling from Rollins College in Florida and a BA in Theology from Union College in Nebraska. He was a licensed mental health counselor and a member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. Prior to his work at HRMC he was a clinical instructor of behavior medicine in the Family Practice Residency Program at Florida Hospital and adjunct professor in the college of Health Science. His courage and positive attitude were an inspiration to all. He will be remembered fondly for his infectious warm and friendly smile, his zest for life, and his sense of adventure. He loved people and nature and enjoyed reading, hiking, bike riding and traveling.
