Michelle Rene Idler Dermody, 44 , died 03/20/10 when Jesus came to bring Michelle home in her residence in Hackettstown, NJ after a long struggle with epilepsy and a head injury caused by an auto accident in 1990. Michelle lived in Hackettstown, NJ since 1966 where Michelle grew up and was born in George Washington University Hospital, Washington, DC on 12/2/65.

Additional Information: She attended Hackettstown Public Schools and graduated from Hackettstown High School in 1984. She graduated cum laude from Georgian Court College, Lakewood, NJ with a BS in Biochemistry. She wanted to become a doctor that helps unfortunate children in Appalachia. While Michelle battled her disability, she volunteered at the House of Good Shepherd bringing comfort and love to the lonely and the elderly. She was an artist working in many media and took violin lessons for many years. Her favorite sport was softball and loved to hit the balls pitched outside the batting zone. She always stood up for the children who needed someone to help them. She was a parishioner of The Church of the Assumption of St. Mary's where she received all the holy sacraments. She sang with the Contemporary Choir and was an active member of The Legion of Mary.
