Additional Information: William graduated from Toms River High School South in 1970. He was a member of the Honor Society and a Representative for Boys State. He lettered in Cross Country and Baseball for TRHSS. He attended Glassboro State College (now Rowan University), majoring in History. For more than 30 years, he worked for the Prudential Insurance Company as an agent and manager, receiving numerous awards and recognition for sales and service. Bill was a lifelong sports fan, particularly enjoying the game of baseball. While devoted to the New York Mets, he was an admirer of Yogi Berra (also born May 12). He was an active member of the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center, participating in numerous events and celebrations prior to his illness.
