Additional Information:  Rudy was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Hackettstown, NJ; Graduate of Hackettstown High School, Class of 1936; attended Rutgers University where he attended classes for Plumbing Inspector's Courses, Basic Environmental Sanitation and Ringeleman Courses; graduated LaSalle University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree; He had a pilots license and owned his own plane; he was an instructor of Plumbing courses at County College of Morris, Essex County College, Trenton State College and while at Rutgers, updated the Instructor's Manual Plumbing I.C.S. (1984). Rudy was also employed by Washington Township, Morris Co. in various inspector positions.
