Lynn Boutin, 49, of Hackettstown, N.J. died Wednesday, 2-19-14 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. Born in Denville, N.J. on October 23, 1964, Lynn was the daughter of the late Albert T. and Jean Pearson the 3rd . Lynn was raised in the Lake Telemarck section of Rockaway, N.J. and has lived in Hackettstown for the last 30yrs. She was employed by the Phoenix Group Holdings of Warren, N.J. as the Vice President of Finance for the last 8yrs. Lynn's most important priority in life was her loving family; but in addition, she was an "hardcore" Yankee's fan and an expert scrapbook creator. Lynn was an indispensable assistant to her husband Jerry, who serves as a boy scout leader for troop #175, Mansfield, N.J.. She is survived by her husband, Jerry R. Boutin, two wonderful children, son Brandon J. Boutin and daughter Amanda Lynn Boutin, both of Hackettstown, N.J.. Step Mother, Jean A. Pearson of Charlotte, N.C.. Brother's, Albert Pearson, IV of Rockaway, N.J. and Ronald S. Pearson of Union, N.J.. Step Sister, Jean-Marie Sonne of Charlotte, N.C.. Uncle Joel Sklar of Rockaway, N.J. and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2014 from 2pm to 6pm at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J., 07840. Funeral services will be 10am Monday, February 24, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment to take place at Pequest Union Cemetery, Great Meadows, N.J. Lynnie was such a true spirit. As in life, we have grown out of touch with each other and just recently tried to join again. I know in my heart we both understand how that happens. Everytime I think of her I smile. Love you to peices Lynnie!
