I knew Neil & Dottie through their lot ownership at Elite Resort at Citrus Valley, where I managed the resort. I got to know them both very well and Neil was a great asset to me for both his knowledge and friendship. Neil was always ready to lend a hand to any RVer who needed it as he was very knowledgeable about RV's and their workings. I spent many an evening around Neil and Dottie's fire pit discussing events and hearing about their world travels. When my wife was at the resort she too enjoyed visits with Neil & Dottie. We miss Neil and think of him often, he is greatly missed by anyone that was lucky enough to call him a friend.

We are saddened with the news of Mr. Kappers passing. We used Kappers as our oil service and furnace cleaning service sonce we moved to the area 28 years ago. When his company joined the Region Oil conglomerate, we stayed because of the genuine and caring service given by Mr. Kappers all those years. He always came to our revue during the cold winter months over the years. He was always kind in his manner and an expert in his service. Our sincere condolences to his family.

Dottie When we parked our RV on lot 55 we were having an issue with the legs refusing to drop down. Neil came over to help complete strangers. Little did we know that the person who helped us had the biggest heart and smile in the park. Neil will be missed by all but he sure left a lasting impression on all he met. Our deepest condolences to you and your family Dottie. Hugs from Bob and Leona.

Dottie, my heart aches for you but you are strong. Our men are together watching over us now as they had on earth. I do not understand why but God needed another angel or maybe Sandy just wanted someone to laugh with. Either way Neil will be missed but you have so much love surrounding you. Be strong hold on to the memories and the good times it helps to get us through it. Love and prayers to you and your family.
