Harry was born in Green Lane, PA where he received his primary education and through a class mate was introduced to a Home Bible Study and it was here that Harry’s Life’s journey began. As time progressed he received further detailed information from Dr. Scholl, a Professor of Franklin Marshall College who was one of Jehovah Witnesses and the presiding over seer of the congregation of the Landsdale Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. Harry was re-assigned with Fred Severud to form a new congregation in Hackettstown, NJ. It was established as Hackettstown Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses on Parkway Drive.
After Fred retired, Harry was called into Watch Tower and Bible Track Society in Brooklyn, NY in Class 231 to receive further education to carry on the duties of the congregation and public speaking in circuit and district assemblies and spending his life in the Hackettstown congregation with many friends, including some of his students.
