Mary R. Gormley, 85 of Heath Village, Hackettstown, NJ passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at her residence. Born in Atlanta, GA on March 13, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Thomas & Mattie L. Thrasher Rhodes.

Mrs. Gormley has lived in Hackettstown for the past eight years with her beloved husband of 65 years, Horace Gormley coming from Andover Twp., NJ. In addition to her husband Horace, Mary is survived by  her loving daughter Leighann Sabia of Andover Twp.and her grandson Stephen P. Sabia of Andover, NJ. Three brothers, William S. Rhodes of Atlanta, GA, Frank G. Rhodes of Napa, CA and CJ Rhodes of Newman, GA. One Grandson, Stephen P. Sabia.

Visitation will be Friday, August 19, 2016 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ, 07840. Funeral services will begin at 11:00am when the visitation concludes. Interment will be in the Hackettstown Union Cemetery.
