Anthony Ciurczak, D.M.D, age 65, of Liberty Twp., Great Meadows, NJ died Friday, June 29, 2012 at Cape May Regional Medical Center, Cape May, NJ. He was born November 16, 1946 in Elizabeth, NJ. He is the son of Joanna (Penczak) Ciurczak and the late Anthony S. Ciurczak. He was married to Carole (Mangano) Ciurczak and would have celebrated their 34th Anniversary in September.

He retired as a self-employed Dentist having an office in Hackettstown since 1978. 
He was a parishioner of STS. Peter & Paul R.C. Church, Great Meadows, NJ and also a member ot the Knights of Columbus; he graduated from St. Adelbert Elementary School, Elizabeth, NJ; graduated from St. Benedict Academy (High School), Newark, NJ where he also was a member of the baseball team as their pitcher; graduated Holy Cross University, Class of 1968; received his Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania; He was Past President and member of the former Hackettstown Lions Club; former Chief of the Dental Staff at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center; he joyfully retired from dentistry and dedicated his life to golf and his wife. He and his wife enjoyed their trips to St. Marten every February and enjoyed his home in Cape May, NJ.

He is survived by his Wife: Carole (Mangano) Ciurczak, at home; a Son, Michael A. Ciurczak, Hackettstown, NJ; his Mother Joanna (Penczak) Ciurczak, Linden, NJ 

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 am on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Sts. Peter And Paul R.C. Church, 360 US Hwy 46, Great Meadows, N.J. Burial will be in Pequest Union Cemetery, Great Meadows, NJ following the Mass.

Calling hours will be Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 4:00pm-8:00 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J..
