So sorry to hear of your moms passing. Back in the day while working at Shop-Rite she and her friend would come in shopping for the Legion and tease the heck out of me while waiting on them. They gave me a recipe for baked beans when they found out I was getting married and from then on called me beansy. She one time educated me on the differences of the poppies that they sold and the one that I had already purchased at a bank. The one from the bank was totally wrong and from then on I only purchased them from the Legion ladies. Great memories they were and I'm sure that the family has many more to cherish.

Colleen, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I hope this time will be full of joyous memories for your mother's life while you gather with family in addition to the feeling of loss. I also pray you may accept my humble testimony to you that our loved ones are not lost to us when they pass in to the next life, that the spirit of each human soul is eternal, and that through the great plan of our Eternal Father in Heaven we can be together again and once again enjoy the same association we so cherish here.

To our precious Smith family. We are with you in hearts and prayers. Mrs. Smith will always be a memory of someone who loved to laugh and make life a bit easier, whenever and for whomever she could. What a sweet woman and I can only hope to remain throughout my life with such stamina, determination and will power. She was surely true to herself and one of a kind :) What a special person she was and what beautiful children she raised! It is true that the apples don't fall far from the tree and in your case...Lucky You!!Love to all.
