Constance S. Johnston, age 72, of Allamuchy Township, NJ formerly of Jefferson, Iowa died Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at home. Constance was born June 10, 1944 in Jefferson, IA. She is the daughter of the late Donald and Maxine (Francis) Ebersole. In addition to her parents Connie is preceded in death by 1 daughter; Brenda Sue Johnston and 1 brother; Max Ebersole.
She was previously employed by Jefferson Manor, Jefferson, Iowa as a Dietician. Connie was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening and cooking. He greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her loving grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter; Susan Safarpour and her husband Dan, 4 grandchildren; Mercedes Safarpour; Remington Safarpour; Sonia Safarpour, Lea Safarpour, 1 sister In law; DeAnn Ebersole, 2 nephews , Brad and Adam Ebersole.
Visitation and burial will be in Jefferson, Iowa on Thursday, September 1, 2016 in the morning.
