Vicki Caroline Riker, age 64, of Mansfield Twp., NJ, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, Hackettstown, N.J.. Vicki was born March 2, 1948 in Plainfield, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Victor and Florence (Goodwin) Sanders.

She was a loving and devoted Homemaker.
She was active with the 4 H Club of Warren County and was an avid gardener.

She is survived by her husband: Scott Riker; son, Roland Peters, III; daughters; Leah Shannon, Michele Shannon, and Samantha Peters; brother, Robert Sanders; 7 grandchildren; Eileen, Kristen, Christopher, Sarah, Deliah, Lena and Peyton.

A memorial service will be held 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 17 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. Interment is private.
