The first time a met Frank was in 1970 during our high school's state championship football season. Or, maybe, it was 1971, a year after our team won the championship. A fondly considered smoky haze hides some of my memories from lucid recollection. In any case, we were in Barbara Cavanaugh's lime-green Plymouth Road Runner with Mike Tillou and Keith Winnicott on a Saturday after a home win, and we were part of procession of cars that would ride around town honking horns and celebrating the victory. Football was everything in this town then. A great memory. Frank was a good and trusted friend from that day and for many years after. Our subsequent adventures and misadventures were legion and the good times were always much better than the occasional bad times. I am grateful to have known him and to be able to say he was such a good friend for so long a time.

Shared many Good Times with Frank, many years ago, he could always a guy laugh! Last we spoke, he was living in Florida and working at the college, wish I knew he returned to Hackettstown, I would have visited. Frank surely left a fond memory with this guy, who will never forget him!

Frank, you were such a caring and kind person. He would do anything for someone that he loved or called a friend. I will never forget all the evenings spent by the bonfire in Hudson Florida. Also, not to mention what a great cook Frank was. We would BBQ every Sunday at the house. He had a great love for animals as well. Petie and Spike were his best friends when I first met Frank back in 2001. He would even take care of any stray animals at the community college. Being a grounds keeper and having studied forestry in college, he had a green thumb, and he always had a beautiful garden. He was a person who made every place he lived more special, every person who knew him, knew the love he had for them. I'm sorry we fell out of touch over the last two years, but I want you to know that I love you and hope that you are working on god's garden and playing with Petie, Spike, Shadow, and Gizmo. Rest in Peace Frank!
