Died: Aug 10, 2013
Phyllis Heistand, 75, of Washington Township, NJ died on August 10, 2013 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, NJ of complications from her MS.  Phyllis was born on April 4, 1937 in Waseca, Minnesota to Martin and Hazel Hansen.  She is survived by her husband, David Heistand.

David, My sincerest condolences come your way with the passing of Phyllis. I was at St. James just this morning and read about her celebration of life on September 28, thus the late condolences. She was a beautiful, thoughtful and caring person who will be very missed. I remember working with her to set up snacks for those coming for the ESL program and I always appreciated the warm welcome which I received from both you and Phyllis when I was able to attend St. James. If there is anything that I can do please let me know. Nancy Sampson
