My deepest and most sincere condolences to Chloe's family and friends. I am so thankful to have gotten a chance to know Chloe, as one of her Spanish teachers at HHS her freshmen year. In the first week of school I asked my students to let me know how they preferred me to address them and with a smirk (and a hint of challenge in her eyes) Chloe asked me to call her "Bubbles". I gladly referred to her by this name for the rest of the year. Every assignment she ever turned in was signed "Bubbles Bencivengo". I remember how much she enjoyed it whenever I called on her by "Bubbles," and sometimes "Bubs" for short. It was our special bonding moment and I have never forgotten her sense of humor and style. She was a beautiful soul and I will miss her in such a way that has NO name. You will all be in my prayers. May God guide you through this and know that Chloe will NEVER be forgotten.

I am so deeply saddened by Chloe's passing. I adored having the pleasure of teaching her for a brief time. She was a brilliant light with a heart beyond compare. I loved being able to make her laugh and smile and she loved reciprocating. She was always there to lend an ear or a helping hand to her fellow students and she gave the best hugs. I will never forget the time she finger-knitted me a ridiculously long scarf from extra yarn someone had given us in class and she made me promise that I would never take it off even if I was sleeping, going swimming, or passing through airport security. It pains me to think that Chloe's brilliant light has been extinguished way before its time. My heart aches to know that we have lost someone so pure of heart and so full of promise. To Chloe's family, friends, and anyone else touched by Chloe while she was with us, please accept my most heartfelt and profound condolences. To Chloe, please know how much you were loved.

I met Chloe when I was 16. We became bestfriends in our chemistry class and once I had gotten my license we were inseparable. Chloe was a girl that was free of judgement. She never cared what others thought and wanted to make people happy no matter how she was feeling. Chloe was there for me through my best and worst times. She was a beautiful soul and helped me really learn the roads of New Jersey by showing me places I never even knew were near us. We expressed a deep love for the old rock music of the sixties and seventies and she helped form the person I am today. She inspired me to be a better artist. And she will keep inspiring me for as long as I'll be in this world. I'm so devastated to have lost such an amazing bestfriend. I love you so much Chloe. Thank you for being my bestfriend. I would do anything to spend more time with you.

Chloe-Schmoe, you were a consistent breath of fresh air. You lit up a room with just your presence. From a baby in a diaper, to watching you climb onto the school bus, to your crazy hair, beautiful art, infectious smile.., you were you and everyone can only hope to be half the genuine, kind, gentle spirit you were. You will live on in so many ways because you left your mark and touched so many lives, but the world has been cheated because you left this earth way too soon,Precious. I love you more than you ever could have known. Watch over your family, Schmoe. Tina, kids, Nick & Connie, there aren't words. We love you all so much, always.
