To the Family of "Chip" He was a man that could make anyone feel comfortable during awkward moments just being around him. Always had a smile and if you were a friend, it was for life. I know I'm hurt hearing of his passing, but I'm a better person for just knowing him. R.I.P. my Friend, you will be missed by all. God Bless.

You were truly one of the BEST!! The best brother, father, friend, police officer, husband, cook, comedian. You had a heart of gold that no one could match except maybe mom & aunt Joanie, and that was a close race.I don't know what i'm gonna do without u except I know that u are now finally at peace with God and to quote "I'm done with all the bullshit" I will miss u much & love u until we meet again.Your Sis Sandy

The Broken Chain
We didn't know that Sunday
God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you,
You are always by our side.
Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
I LOVE YOU, UNCLE CHRIS!

To me, Chris, was an inward person who didn't talk about himself. Just a down to earth likeable guy, a pleasure to be with. Rest in peace

It was an honor serving with Chris on EOPD, he had a particular way of looking at things that kept me thinking and smiling. Goodbye my friend you will be missed.

One of the best guys that I ever worked with and put on that blue uniform. Chip was more than just a friend, he was my brother. I'll always miss your smile. We had a lot of good times together even down to the end. A fallen Warrior from the midnite shift who will be surely missed by all. Rest in Peace my Brother. Ret. Sgt. Eric.Washington EOPD.

Very few people in life can say they have a bonafide hero, but Chip was certainly mine. Once a stranger who risked his life to save mine. There are no words to say how sorry I am for your loss. He was my angel on earth and now an angel looking down from heaven. All my love always.
