Dorothy Mae Heric, a longtime resident of Heath Village Retirement Community died Saturday 11/16/2019.  Dorothy was born in Bronx New York in 1933. She grew up in Englewood N.J. and attended Englewood Hospital School of Nursing where she graduated in 1954. She served as a Registered Nurse for 25 years, mostly at Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, N.J.  Dorothy was married to her loving and devoted husband John in 1965. They lived in West Milford NJ and remained married until John died in 1992. She is survived by three children Alice Fuscaldo of Long Valley N.J., Paul Heric of Nazareth PA and Doug Heric of Seattle WA. Dorothy is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Elizabeth and Andrew Fuscaldo, Alyssa, Rachel, Christopher and Victoria Heric and Jacob, MacAllister, Graceanne, Truman and Titus Heric.  Services will be held on Friday 11/29/2019 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St., Hackettstown N.J. 08740. An additional service will be held before the funeral procession on Saturday 11/30/2019 from 9-9:30 am. The funeral procession will depart promptly at 9:30 for Rural Valley Cemetery in Cuddebackville N.Y. where Dorothy will be buried in the family plot.  Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at www.cochranfuneral.com/
