Gabriella Klimas, 94, of Hackettstown, N.J. died on Friday, May 10, 2013 at House of the Good Shepherd, Hackettstown, N.J..
Born in Jersey City, N.J. Gabriella was the daughter of the late Felix & Amelia Kot and has lived in the greater Hackettstown area most of her life.
She and her husband, the late John V. Klimas, owned and operated the former Tavern Rest, Rt. 46, Hackettstown, N.J. for over 50 years and retired several years ago.
Mrs. Klimas was a member St. Mary's Church of the Assumption, Hackettstown, N.J. for many years. Also, a longtime member of the Restaurant and Tavern Association of America.
She is survived by two sons, John F. Klimas and his wife Milagro, Hackettstown, N.J. and Eugene Klimas and his wife Katherine of Glauster, Va.
Visitation will be on Monday, 5-13-13 from 4 - 8pm at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St., Hackettstown, N.J. 07840. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, 10AM at the funeral home.
