Rosina "Rose" Colello, age 98, of Hackettstown, NJ died Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at her home. Rose was born December 16, 1914 in Newark, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Alfonse and Michelina (Spinella) Friedella. Rose was predeceased by her husband, Matthew Colello, Sr.

She was a loving and devoted Homemaker.
Rose was a parishioner of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption R.C. Church, Hackettstown, NJ; She enjoyed cooking, gardening and most of all loved her family and friends.

She is survived by sons, Matthew and wife Valerie Colello, Jr.; Ronald and wife Toni Colello; daughter Angela and husband Anthony George; Grandchildren, Toni and husband Richard Evans; Karen and husband Robert Cornelius; Mark and wife Renee Colello; Matthew S., III and wife Tracey Colello; Nicole Colello-Kim and husband Peter Kim; Brian and wife  Rachel Colello; six great grandchildren; caregiver and  friend for past 10 Years., Naci; predeceased by two brothers, Louis and John  and four sisters, Mary, Dottie, Betty And Eleanor.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Monday, January 21, 2013 at St. Mary's Church Of The Assumption, 305 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ

Calling hours will be Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at Cochran Funeral Home, Inc., 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J.
