Phyllis R. Dubpernell, age 74, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center of Hackettstown, N.J. Phyllis lived in Hackettstown, NJ for the past 21 years and was born August 18, 1937 in Toledo, OH. She is the daughter of the late Theodore and the late Stella (Grabowski) Siwa. In addition to her parents Phyllis is predeceased by 2 brothers: Theodora and Ronald Siwa.

She was employed by House Of Good Shepherd, Hackettstown, NJ as an Assistant Activities Director and was an Associate for the Walmart, Mansfield, NJ. Phyllis enjoyed going to bingo and bowling but most of all spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Jennifer and husband Glenn Stine, her loving companion, Art McCaffrey; 2 grandchildren: Jacob And Nicholas Stine.
