Jane E. Fitzell, 71, of Allamuchy, NJ and Bonita Springs, Fla., passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born March 12, 1944 in Newark, NJ, Jane was the daughter of the late Douglas & Catherine Ann Kochalewicz Waugh. Married May 4, 1963 in St. Stephen’s R.C. Church of Kearny, NJ, Jane and her loving husband Bill have lived in the Panther Valley section of Allamuchy for the past 12 years coming from Byram Township, NJ. She was a member of Good Shepherd R.C. Church, Andover, NJ. Jane enjoyed golfing and was a member of the Panther Valley Golf & Country Club , Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club of Bonita Springs, Florida and the “9 Holer’s Club”. In addition to her outdoor activities, Jane loved playing Mahjong and Canasta. In addition to her loving husband, William A. Fitzell, she is survived by a daughter, Maureen Hynson, her husband Jim of Hopatcong, NJ and their children, Joseph & Patrick; a daughter, Colleen Janela, her husband, Dan of Allamuchy, NJ and their children, Katie & Danielle; one son, William Fitzell, his wife Jane of Sparta, NJ and their children Jillian & Jordyn. Jane was predeceased by her sister, Judith Erdelyi in 2006. Viewing hours will be Tuesday, 9-29-15 from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ, 07840. A 10:00AM Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 9-30-15 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 48 Tranquility Road, (Route 517), Andover, NJ, 07821. A dear friend for the past sixty years, such a classy and fun loving person. Memories that we made in all these years have lasted a lifetime. She will be greatly missed by all of us especially the "Hot Nine". Sam & I send our prayers and to you, Bill and your entire family we send our love and hope that God will comfort you all during these difficult times.

Jane was our neighbor in Spanish Wells and you never met a gentler or more gracious woman. She had a wonderful sense of humor and will be missed dearly by all those who knew her in Bonita Springs.
