I don’t know what to say. I’m totally shocked to hear of Arthurs passing. I’m your neighbor from down the road, a gardener as was Arthur. I had talked to him several times recently, he was having problems fisically as well as I was having. Saw him in shop rite, told me he was going to therapy. He was a good person. I will miss him waving at me when I go by. My condolences. The lord got a good one.
