Phyllis Mae Mills, 87 of Hope, N.J., formerly of Budd Lake, N.J. died on Friday, March 28, 2014 at Forest Manor Health Care in Hope, N.J.. Born November 21, 1926 in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Harry & Lily Maymard Hooper.
Phyllis retired many years ago as a secretary for Holy Trinity Church, Brooklyn.
She is survived by a son William and his wife Debra Mills, two daughters; Carol and her husband Paul Kott, Barbara Mills and her companion Margaret McCann. Her loving grandchildren, Christopher Mills and his wife Jennifer as well as Joyce Verderosa. Great Granddaughters, Emily and Lily.
The visitation and funeral services will be on Monday, 3-31-14 from 10am to 12pm with services beginning at noon. Online condolences may be made at www.cochranfuneral.com

My heart goes out to you Carol, and to Bill and Barbara. Your mom was a wonderful, loving woman. I remember going to the fairs with her. May she rest in eternal peace.

Hi
Very sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Deb's Mom called me and told me. She is in a better place, with your Dad. No longer suffering. Rick and I will be unable to come to the services on Monday, as we are going with Wendy to a consultation for a new Radiation treatment she will be having in Somerset New Jersey at the end of her NY Chemo and radiation treatments in 3 weeks. You know if we could be there with you and your family we would be.
