Whenever I think of my "Aunt Lor" I smile. Some of my happiest memories are the of the days my sisters and I spent at her house during the summer. Thank you - you will always be in my heart.

Lenora was the great patriarch of the family. She had been our only grandparent for the longest time. I cannot remember a conversation with her that did not involve how proud she was of each and everyone of us. Always pushed us to be educated, work hard and reach hard. never give up and be determined. Grandma was never without her opinions. She was good natured and was beloved by many. These last several months were less than ideal for her. I am glad that she is out of pain, suffering and can once again be allowed to be free. I am sure grandpa has welcomed her with open arms. Heaven doesn't know what it is in for. I hope she is raising havoc with my beloved father in law. RIP Lenora. May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, and rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
