Mary Jane Flatt, age 81, died Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Newton Memorial Hospital of Newton, NJ. Mary Jane lived in Blairstown Township, NJ for 19 years coming from Long Valley, NJ and was born February 26, 1930 in Morristown, NJ. She is the daughter of the late Edward J. and the late Emma (Eckert) Bower. Mary Jane is also predeceased by 2 sons: Robert and David Flatt.

She was married Albert E. Flatt, her husband of 62 Years on July 27, 1949.

She was a loving homemaker. Mary Jane was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Mountain R.C. Church, Long Valley, NJ. She loved to cook and was an avid animal lover.

She is survived by her husband: Albert E.Flatt and her daughter Catherine Ann Harvey
