I have lost a friend, Fire Chief, EMT, and a great partner who responded to scores of calls with me. Rest In Piece as you have answered your final call with AGFAS when you were called from Above.

My prayers are with you Betty and all of the rest of your fine family. Allamuchy Township will sorely miss Frank's warm smile, his sincere caring for every person who needed the services of the EMT Squad or the Fire Department and his relentless pursuit of the necessary equipment to provide those services to the residents of Allamuchy Township. He professionalized our Office of Emergency Management and we will forever be in his debt.
