Edgardo R. "Eddie" Madrid of Hackettstown, N.J. died Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, he was 75 yrs. old.
Born April 27, 1939 in Honduras, he was the son of the late Virgilio & Ada Solis Madrid. He has lived in the Hackettstown area since 1968 coming from Morristown, N.J.. Eddie worked at JCP&L, Dover, N.J. as a mechanic retiring in 1996.
He is survived by his loving partner of over 20yrs., Janice Stiefel with whom he lived. Former wife Irma Madrid. Daughter, Marlene Melendez & her husband Rocky. Brother Virgilio Madrid-Solis. Janice's children, Donna & Richard and their children. His loving Grandchild, Andres` and his two "feline" children, Lola & Sylvester. He was predeceased by Janice's children, Debra & Glenn as well as his son, Mark Madrid.
