To the Dimiceli family, I just learned of Art's passing. You have my prayers and deepest condolences. I first met Art in 1953 when he was one of my 7th grade teachers. Subsequently, over the succeeding years, he was my driver's ed teacher (his sense of humor was greatly appreciated during that period!), and both my JV baseball and basketball coaches. I have many fond memories of those years. Thank you, Art, for all that you've meant to me and may you rest in peace.

What memories I have of Mr. Dimiceli, a devout man, tireless worker as the AD, and a real innovator as a coach . What other team had a whole gym set up with nets procured from the fish hatchery to hit into off batting tees ? We all may have giggled as teenagers at the Ted Williams hitting films, but 15 years ago, I bought the same videos to show to my Little Leaguers. "Uncle Art" coached many boys, but he made sure you faced life and solved problems as a man. Rest in Peace, Coach, your Tigers will remember you always.

Dear Mrs. Dimiceli and Family,
My heart aches with this sad news of Coach Passing Away. He was more than a Coach for me at HHS he was an amazing mentor. leader, icon and Father Figure. Many times he sat me down in his Office, closed the door and gave me a heart to heart talk. Coach was such an honest and sincere man who would look straight into your eyes and tell you exactly how it was. I have so many wonderful memories of Coach that I will Cherish as long as I am on this earth. I pray that I will again have the honor and privilege of meeting him and chat about the glory days at HHS. I love and miss Coach.
My sincere deepest condolences and sympathy to Mrs. Dimiceli and Family. May all the wonderful memories of Coach and knowing that he touched so many lives bring you healing comfort during this difficult time. RIP Coach Dimiceli

My deepest condolences to the Dimiceli family. A great boss , mentor & role model, but most importantly a good friend. Another true Hackettstownian has left us but we all know he is at the end of the bench trying to figure out whether to bunt or hit & run. RIP

I fondly remember Mr Dimiceli from HHS. I had him for driver's ed. He was so very patient and kind to me while teaching me to drive. To this day I still have a totally clean driving record thanks to what he taught me.
My thoughts and prayers to all the Dimiceli family.

I am so sorry to hear of my old Coach's passing. Condolences and Prayers to his family.
I knew him as a young man who was my JV Football and JV and Varsity Basketball Coach. I also had him for my Health Teacher. He was a smart man, and a good coach and teacher. Lots of fond memories of interacting with him while in HS.
He devoted his entire life to HHS, and served our town and school in an outstanding way. Thank you Coach for a life well lived. I have not seen Coach Dimiceli in years, but i miss him so much already.

Aunt Aggie, Michele, Joe and family. I am soo very sorry for your loss. Not only was Uncle Junie a legend in his hometown of Hackettstown, but also to our close knit family. I will always remember him for his kindness, and his great sense of humor. I will never forget his contagious smile and his very unique laugh. Take comfort in knowing that he is at peace now and pain free. I'm sure that my mom was waiting for him in heaven and welcomed him with open arms. I love you all! Rest in peace Uncle Junie. Till we meet again...
Aunt Aggie, Michele, Joe and family.

Michelle:
Your father’s death saddened me today, as I prepare to go back to my classroom. As teachers, we never know the kind of influence we have on kids. This is all a long way to say that your father helped me and provided guidance at school that I remember to this day. I wasn’t one of his players, regrettably. Just a kid in gym and health. And every Little League signup I can recall. Our hometown has lost a great teacher and coach. My sincerest sympathies.

Dear Dimicelli Family
I had the privileged visiting Mr. Dimicelli at Forrest Manor and Praying with him over the last two years, and sadly knew something was different yesterday (15th) when we went to pray and his door was closed.
My Wife really liked caring for Mr. Dimicelli when she was employed at Forrest Manor, and though two weeks ago when we visited him he looked very week, it was very sweet him asking to give her a kiss on the check as we Prayed with him.
Mr. Dimicelli was a true mentor to so many of us who played for him at Hackettstown High, and I will miss seeing him, proving a Yankee & Giants Fan can really get along with a Mets & Jets fan.
May The LORD Bless you all and Comfort you as only HE can during this difficult time of mourning, and May HE make HIS face to shine upon you and give you peace.
In Christ Alone
