Mary P. Stout, 88, of Hackettstown, NJ died on March 14, 2013 at Foret Manor Health Care Center, Frelinghuysen Twp., NJ. Mary was born in Newark, NJ on January 28, 1925 to the late Salvatore and Emma (Coleman) Curcio. She was predeceased by her husband George in 1979.
Mary lived in Long Valley/Hackettstown area for 14 years coming from Bloomingdale and Newark, NJ. She was a Waitress at Fucci's in Newark, NJ for many years. She was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Long Valley, NJ; a member of the VFW in Bloomingdale, NJ.
She is survived by sons, Robert Stout, Hackettstown, NJ and Russell and his wife Janet Stout, San Diego, CA.; brothers Angelo Corch, Nutley, NJ and James and his wife Jean Curcio, Kearny, NJ; grandchildren Jessica, Carrie, Nikki, Stephanie, Stacy, Lauren and Dayna. Mary was predeceased by her sisters, Beatrice Karolis and Anna Smith.
Visitation will be on Sunday, July 28, 2013 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High St., Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimers Association, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834-1365.
The deep sadness we all feel at her passing mixes with the fond and happy memories of her that those of us she touched will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
