Marie E Cordasco, age 81, of Hackettstown N.J., formerly of Parsippany, died Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Morristown Memorial Hospital of Morristown, NJ. Marie was born March 7, 1933 in Newark, NJ. She is the daughter of the late William and Helen (Persechino) Gerard. She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Cordasco on November 4, 2002.
She is survived by 1 daughter; Stephanie VanderVliet and husband Forrest, 2 sons; Frank Cordasco and wife Trish, Bill Cordasco and wife Tracy, 6 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Monday, May 5, 2014 at Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, N.J. with Rev. Joseph McCarthy officiating. Burial will be in Hackettstown Union Cemetery, Hackettstown on Monday, May 5, 2014 following the service.
