My condolences to Bill's family. I knew him way back when but just reconnected through social media. I'm so glad we got to see him play one last time last month. Something spurned me to make the trip. The music will never stop playing for Bill.

My heartfelt condolences to the Family of Bill Nesmith. As one of many unknown 18-year olds from the late 70’s who eagerly awaited each weeks end just to be able to listen and dance to the Desperate Men band, I am both saddened at such a loss and reminded of the magnificent joy this man provided through his music. Down to seeds and stems again blues.
