Even at this late and long absence of my brother Paul, I cannot believe he is not still With us. I miss him so much. I miss his devoted and caring way of guiding me during the many, many long-distance conversations. Most of all, I just so miss his kind of thoughtfulness. He was my best friend. My deepest condolence to his wife Judy whose loving care was saintly and without limit.

I was a former wife to Paul, mother to our wonderful three sons, and grandma to our beautiful grandchildren. But most of all through all of these years we remained good friends. Our doors were always open to Paul on every Holiday, and Birthdays so he could celebrate with the family. I am sad he will no longer be with all of us.

I loved my Dad. I find myself wanting to call him on the phone but I know he won't answer. I will miss our conversations on the phone and how he would ask me what was happening on the construction site that day. His imprint is on endless projects that he helped me with over the years at my home. I will miss calling him for advise on anything that was on my mind. I loved how he would embellish stories that he told and make you laugh. I am proud of my Dads service to his country and how he was so far from home at such a young age. I was known to my Dad as Markie or honey. My Dad told me that we will always be hanging out together even when he is no longer on this earth. I will miss you so much Dad.
