Sorry to hear of your loss. I got to know Carl at care one as I visited other residents there. He was a great guy, always willing to joke around and have fun. I pray that you will be consoled at this time.

Dear Mrs. Lutz, Pat, Carole, Bruce and family, It is with tremendous sadness that I even have to send this sympathy to you and your family. Although years and miles have separated me from Hackettstown and Carl He was always held in the highest of regard. So many memories playing basketball in the driveway with Carl, the neighbors and of course Bruce just back from Vietnam dominated our games. The rabbit hutch on the side of the garage, playing army up in the Canal, climbing down the brewery cave, riding bikes Carl on his stingray, down Harvey street like maniacs, sledding down the canal banks, just a lot of fun. Later Carl and I volunteered on the rescue squad with our blue lights heading out on calls. Carl was always there for everyone He would give you the shirt off his back. Carl persevered after his accident and went back to work it took quite awhile but He did not quit. Carl I will miss You, I know my faith teaches me that you are at eternal peace but right now the pain we feel for you and your family is all so very real. May you forever rest in peace and until we will meet again I know you will be looking out for a lot of us and sharing your humor with us. To the Lutz family my deepest sympathy to all of you. I will keep you all in prayer that Our Lord will continue to give you the strength to bear this unbearable burden. All my Love David D Bryk and family

Lutz family: My deep condolences on your loss. I remember Carl as a teenager teammate on M&M's Pony League with Art Sheldon. Just an easy-going, good-natured fellow. May his memory be a blessing to you.
