William H. Richards, IV, age 30, of Hackettstown died Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center of Hackettstown, N.J. of complications from Crohns Disease after a lengthy battle with the disease. William was born December 11, 1981 in Hunterdon, NJ. He is the son of William H. Richards, III and Debra (Church) Richards. He is survived by his wife Mary Roberts Richards.

He was employed by American Water, North Brunswick, NJ as a Water Technician.
William was a member of the Drakestown United Methodist Church, Hackettstown, NJ; member of the Hackettstown Mens Softball League; he loved to fish and enjoyed water sports; he was an avid sports fan and followed many sports and teams including the Oakland Raiders (for which we forgave him).

He is survived by his wife: Mary (Roberts) Richards, Son, William Matthew and a Daughter, Dana Rose Richards, both at home; his Father and Step-Mother, William H. (Bucky) and (Cynthia) Richards, III; Mother Debra D. (Church) Richards; Brother David Kenworthy; Sister & Husband, Wyndee & Ron Walker, Easton, PA; Father In Law And Mother In Law, William & Barbara Roberts, Hackettstown, NJ; Brother In Law & Wife, William J. & Stacy Roberts, Jr.; Brother In Law & Wife, John E. & Brettlyn Roberts; 2 Nephews, 1 Niece, Grandparents, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many other surviving relatives as well as many long time friends.

A Memorial Service will be held 12:00 pm (Noon) on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Drakestown United Methodist Church, 6 Church Road, Hackettstown, NJ. Burial is Private.
