So sorry to read about Jack's passing. He shared a good deal of time with my family and I in the early 1970's, when we were stationed in Madrid, Spain. He was a kind and generous man, and we had many epic battles playing darts, chess, gin rummy, cribbage, and golf. He was quite adept at all those activities! I last saw Jack in London, 1978. He contacted me and we went to dinner and a movie. We lost touch after that, and recently our granddaughter became engaged, and we decided an appropriate gift would be some crystal glasses given to me when I was in Spain. I mourn the loss of an old friend, but I am happy with the memories he left me.
