James N. Davis, III, age 60, of Long Valley, NJ died Saturday, January 26, 2013 at home.<br />
Mr. Davis was born December 20, 1952 in Jersey City, NJ. He is the son of Helen (Estok) Davis and the late James N. Davis, Jr.
He was employed by and was a member of the I.B.E.W. (International Brotherhood of Electricial Workers), Parsippany, NJ for many years, he was also a member of the Bunnvale Assembly of God Church, Califon, NJ. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, astronomy, and cooking but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his 2 daughters; Kelly Davis and Emily Davis; his mother Helen (Estok) Davis; 2 sisters; Janet Foley and husband Anthony and Diane Davis; many nieces and nephews and Jill Davis whom he was previously married to for 21 years.
A memorial service will be held at the Cochran Funeral Home, 905 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 8 pm. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday as well from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A private cremation was held earlier.

Rest in peace my dear brother. You will be greatly missed. You were very fortunate to have so many good friends in your life who loved you. I am glad that you are now free and in the hands of the Lord.
