GRIEFNET
GriefNet An Internet community consisting of more than 35
email support groups and two web sites. Our integrated approach
to on-line grief support provides help to people working through
loss and grief issues of all kinds. Our companion site, KIDSAID,
provides a safe environment for kids and their parents to
find information and ask questions.
GROWW
A nonprofit Internet site offering a wide variety of grief
and bereavement resources.
HOSPICE CARE
Learn about hospice care and programs, read excerpts from
hospice publications, order books and videos and learn about
the annual bereavement teleconference which is co-sponsored
by the Hospice Foundation of America and The Compassionate
Friends.
KIDSAID
A safe and wonderful place for kids to share and to help each
other deal with grief about any of their losses. It´s a place
to share and deal with feelings, to show artwork and stories,
to talk about pets, to meet with one´s peers. There will even
be some games and contests. KIDSAID is owned and run by GriefNet.
LARGO
Loss After Repeated Grief - Options) is a newsletter for those
who have experienced the death of more than one child. The
site features some of Sascha Wagner´s poetry and "Sascha´s
Almanac," a collection of pithy comments to help the bereaved
parent cope with his/her loss.
MISS
Mothers in Sympathy and Support, a nonprofit, volunteer-based
organization committed to providing emergency support to parents
after the death of their baby: stillbirth, neonatal death,
premature birth, congenital anomalies, SIDS, and any child´s
death.

SIDS RESOURCE CENTER
Provides information services and technical assistance on
sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and related topics.

Grief support after the death of a child. The mission of The
Compassionate Friends is to assist families in the positive
resolution of grief following the death of a child and to
provide information to help others be supportive.
WIDOW NET
An information and self-help resource for, and by, widows
and widowers. Topics covered include grief, bereavement, recovery,
and other information helpful to people of all ages, religious
backgrounds, and sexual orientations who have suffered the
death of a spouse or life partner.

talk about their child(ren) through a pen-pal type service
